The primary paper identifies Pinealon as Glu-Asp-Arg (EDR).
Not for human or veterinary administration. Listed strength is a supplied specification; see the matching batch report for measured results.
Pinealon is the tripeptide Glu-Asp-Arg, often abbreviated EDR. A 2011 laboratory study examined its effects in cerebellar granule cells, neutrophils and PC12 cells exposed to experimentally induced oxidative stress. Researchers reported lower accumulation of reactive oxygen species and less necrotic cell death, alongside changes in ERK1/2 signalling and cell-cycle behaviour. These are laboratory measurements of how cells respond under specific experimental conditions. They do not demonstrate improved cognition, brain repair or treatment of a neurological condition in humans, and do not establish long-term effects in an intact organism.
