GX stores contact details, delivery addresses, orders and support requests to operate the store. Optional accounts use Sign in with ChatGPT. Guest order access is secured with a private browser session.
Payment evidence
References and uploaded payment evidence are restricted to the relevant customer session and authorised administrators. They are never catalogue media.
Communication
Order information is shared with configured providers only when the store enables those services. Optional usage measurement requires consent.
Your requests
Use the confirmed contact details published by GX for access, correction or deletion requests. Records may be retained for operational, legal or accounting obligations.
Optional site measurement
With your permission, we count page and product views, catalogue searches, bag actions and checkout events. We store broad device/source groups and catalogue matches, not raw search text, contact details or a visitor ID. Consenting order attribution uses the existing order record. The retention period is 180 days; expired measurement records are deleted on the next measurement or admin reporting request. The admin summary shows the most recent 30 days. This device stores your preference and a returning-visit flag. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override permission.
You can change this choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. This site does not currently send these events to Google Analytics or advertising networks. Server security limits use a short-lived hashed request key; raw IP addresses are not retained in the measurement tables.
