Full prepaid
Pay the full order total by UPI before dispatch. Prepaid delivery is free. No payment is collected automatically on this website.
Cash on delivery
Pay a 5% advance on the product subtotal after discounts. A 1.5% delivery fee is added to the total. The advance is included in the order total, not an extra charge; the remaining balance is payable on delivery. The advance is non-refundable for customer cancellation or refused delivery, subject to the returns policy and applicable rights.
Arranging payment
After ordering, contact GX BIO LABS on WhatsApp at +91 9395506113 with your order number for UPI details. If you opt in to WhatsApp contact, our team may also contact you about the order. Dispatch follows verification of payment or the COD advance. A reference or screenshot alone does not confirm receipt.
