Delivery charges
Full prepaid orders include free delivery. COD orders include a delivery fee of 1.5% of the product subtotal after discounts. The final total, advance and balance are displayed at checkout before submission.
Dispatch and tracking
Dispatch follows verification of the full prepaid amount or COD advance. Check your delivery address and contact details carefully. Courier and tracking details appear on your order when the GX team adds them. Contact GX for dispatch and delivery estimates for your address.
Returns & refunds
Cancellations
Contact GX BIO LABS with your order number to request a cancellation or return. Unpaid orders that remain eligible for cancellation can be cancelled from their order page.
COD advance
COD requires a 5% advance, included in the order total. This advance is non-refundable if you cancel the order or refuse delivery. This condition does not remove your rights concerning damaged, missing or incorrect goods or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Returns and refunds
Contact GX with the order number and relevant details for a return or refund request. GX will review the request and communicate the applicable resolution. No testing refund guarantee from another brand applies automatically.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
