Epitalon/Epithalon refers here to Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG). Studies of the pineal extract Epithalamin should not be treated as studies of this defined tetrapeptide.

Epitalon, also written Epithalon, is the tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly. Early laboratory studies examined telomerase, an enzyme that maintains chromosome-end sequences called telomeres. A 2003 paper reported telomerase activity and telomere elongation in cultured human fetal fibroblasts. A 2004 follow-up from the same research group reported additional cell divisions in treated fibroblast cultures. Both studies concern cells grown outside the body. Human cell origin does not make them clinical trials, and increased cell proliferation cannot be equated with longer human life, improved health or reversal of ageing.

Each source identifies what was studied and the limits of its findings. Published research is separate from this product’s batch COA.
Researchers reported induction of telomerase activity and telomere elongation in cultured human fetal fibroblasts. The experiment did not measure lifespan or health outcomes in people.
A follow-up from the same group reported longer telomeres and continued division in treated fetal fibroblast cultures. This is related laboratory evidence, not independent clinical confirmation.

Is a COA available for Epitalon?
No laboratory report is currently published for this compound. Request the available documentation before relying on any batch-specific measurement. A scientific paper is not a substitute for a COA.
A catalogue listing is not a laboratory measurement. Check original documentation for the selected strength and batch before relying on identity, purity or quantity information.
